No Need To Follow Law

Today while on my way home, i saw this in my school carpark.
Summons issued to vehicles which parked illegally.

It's just a notice.

Who will bother with this notice ? By the time the owners saw this is when they are going home. SIM carpark always full house one because there are many rich students driving zhen WRX and other sports car. Even saw a falali (ferrari) drove past me to the concourse to pick up his babe...
